As a Content Moderator for a leading social media platform youll play a crucial role in ensuring a safe positive and legal online experience for users.
Youll be based in the stunning POP Porto Office Park surrounded by a vibrant atmosphere with the opportunity to grow your career in one of the most exciting cities in Europe!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Moderate and review content: Evaluate online videos social media posts complaints and legal notices to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Protect intellectual property: ess copyright issues and take appropriate actions on incorrect decisions.
- Audit & update: Review update and audit social media content for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with a global team: Work closely with colleagues to ensure customer service meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain product knowledge: Stay informed on client services products and guidelines to deliver accurate moderation.
What You Bring:
- Language Proficiency: German (C1) English (B2)
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail with the ability to spot and handle sensitive or noncompliant content.
- Communication Ss: Excellent verbal and written communication ss in both German and English.
- TechSavvy: Strong PC ss and the ability to navigate through various platforms and tools effortlessly.
- Adaptability: The flexibility to work in a fastpaced highvolume environment where changes happen quickly.
- Team Spirit & Independence: Ability to work independently while thriving in a teamoriented environment.
- Customer Focused: A patient customerservice mindset with a pion for maintaining a safe online community.
Your Rewards:
- Base Salary: 950EUR/month (paid 14 times a year)
- Language Bonus: 450EUR/month (paid 12 times a year)
- Meal Allowance: 1837EUR/year (net)
- Work Schedule: Rotating shifts 24/7 coverage (with 2 days off)
- Office Location: POP Porto Office Park
Relocation Support:
- Flight Ticket: Weve got you covered! Well reimburse your airfare (up to 700EUR) after 90 days of your contract.
- Accommodation: Enjoy 3 weeks of accommodation on us to help you settle in!
- Relocating within Portugal No worries! Well reimburse your travel costs (up to 150EUR) and provide 15 days of temporary accommodation.

- Minimum Requirements:
- Strong computer navigation ss
- Ability to multitask and adapt to rapid changes
- A detailoriented mindset tolerance for repetitive tasks and a positive attitude
- 1 year of experience in content moderation or customer service (preferred)
