Speciality Cuisine (Japanese and/or Italian) Sous Chef to work in Palace of VIP family
- Family size 6 people
- Six day working week
- Staff in residence 14 - 17 between maids, drivers, chefs etc.
- 8 - 10 hours per day, splits 1 day off per week
- Manage kitchen, staff, budgeting, inventory
Requirements
- Japanese and/or Italian cooking experience
- 5+ years cooking experience
- Available in 1 month or less
- Nationalities that will be considered for this role (Middle Eastern, Thai, Maldives, Indonesian)
