You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Global Hyatt's Strategies and Brand Standards, whilst meeting colleagues, guests, owners, vendors, suppliers and community members expectations.
The Commis or Chef De Partie (Pastry Kitchen) will be in charge to prepare the daily production for the morning Bakeries, Pastries for breakfast, buffet for all day dining and banquets, coffee breaks and outdoor caterings plus weddings. Reporting to the Pastry Chef, for the daily running of the department, in an efficient manner.
