Admin Data & Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure establishing database of 4000+ company owned vehicles (Sales, Deployment and private) nationwide
• Supervising on the data management & the following up of the new vehicles sold at auctions.
• Maintain daily reporting on licensing operations with licensing head.
• Supervising & following on coordination with the sales supervisors on the database for expired licenses
• Following up & supervising on the managing of expired licenses, withdrawal receipts, and delivery of new licenses
• Lead Admin Executive team in partnership with Finance SPOC on financial and pitty cash settlements in compliance with company policies
• Follow-up on all financial and administrative decisions to present it to head of licensing.
• Supervising on licensing permits dates registration.
• Managing & leading Admin Executive team to coordinate with the sales and supply chain as well as insurance department on reporting updates.
• Conduct weekly meeting with relevant stakeholders to follow up on updates.
