What you ll be doing

Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Facilitating the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.

Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.

Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders. Asking smart questions, taking risks, and championing new ideas.

Requirements

Are you the right person for the job?

Must Have

You are residing in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana.

You have at least 3 yrs. experience of UX design experience and extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions with a mobile-first and responsive design approach.

You have expertise in one of the following: standard UX software such as Figma or Sketch.

You have a solid grasp of user-centric design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.

You can clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.

You are passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies.

You are open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism

You are passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.

You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.

Good to Have

You have a functional Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript

You have experience working at an ed-tech startup

You have experience with software like Illustrator and Photoshop
