Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating and managing a range of
marketing materials across digital and print platforms. Your role will include designing engaging content
for digital screens web banners and social media as well as contributing to advertising campaigns and
multimedia marketing strategies. You will also work with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across
all marketing materials.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
o Create compelling designs for digital screens web banners social media and print
materials.
o Develop visually appealing content for advertising campaigns WhatsApp marketing and
other multimedia marketing initiatives.
o Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Software Utilization:
o Must know Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.) Canva and
Midjourney for design and multimedia projects.
o Knowledge on Superside AI Look A Visat Create Design Hill and Get Stencil will be
added advantage
Campaign Management:
o Support the planning and of digital ad campaigns.
o Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing materials to enhance
engagement and effectiveness.
Communication and Articulation:
o Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication ss.
o Articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and visual formats.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive marketing
efforts.
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Additional Ss (Preferred):
o Photography ss for capturing highquality images for use in marketing materials.
o Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across various
platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in graphic design Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
35 years of experience in Graphic designer in different multimedia platforms advertising or a related
field. Preferably from Retail background.
Proven experience in digital screen design web banners web design and print design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Canva Midjourney and other
design tools.
Familiarity with Superside AI Look A Visat Create Design Hill and Get Stencil is a plus.
Photography ss are a plus.
