Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Our client is an Australian owned outsourcing company that was born out of the necessity for companies like their clients to be able to reduce costs, streamline their business, and make the entire operation more efficient. They have over 15 years offshoring experience in a wide variety of industries, making them the right choice to be able to transition sections of their client s workforce offshore.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Manager that can help us support our growing customer base. The Recruitment Manager will supervise the recruitment team and ensure that all recruiting operations run smoothly.


To be a Recruitment Manager:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Labor Relations, or related field.
Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager.
Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
Effective and excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent management and leadership skills.
Sound organizational and decision-making skills.


Your Responsibilities as a Recruitment Manager:

Calling 20+ job applicants per day.
Messaging with prospective candidates through Facebook.
Placing job ads on Australian job sites.
Head hunting applicants through LinkedIn/social media.
Initial screening of Candidates via Zoom.
Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options.
Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
