Operations Manager

DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES

Operational Management:

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the company ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess and improve operational performance.
  
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals including project managers technical team and QA s.
  
• Provide guidance mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
  
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  

Project Management:

• Coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines milestones and deliverables.
  
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  

Process Improvement and Budget Management:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
  
• Implement automation and other technologies to streamline operations.
  
• Develop and manage the operations budget ensuring costeffective use of resources.
  
• Monitor expenses and implement costsaving measures where possible.
  
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to senior management
  

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations standards and best practices.
  
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Maintain data security and privacy protocols in line with regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the IT industry.
  
• Strong understanding of IT services technologies and industry trends.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
