• Manage monthend close processes including revenue recognition inventory cost of goods sold capital expenditures and departmental/cost center expenses.
  
• Drive process improvement across all aspects of accounting and business units to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  
• Develop scalable internal controls within the accounting function and across organizational intersections.
  
• Implement new and improved accounting systems and software to automate and enhance work efficiency.
  
• Work closely with the finance team on monthly financial analysis and insights.
  
• Assist with annual audit and tax compliance.
  
• Support and assist with projects as needed.
  

Requirements

Skills That Balance Precision and Expertise

• At least 8 years of accounting experience demonstrating increased responsibility and growth.
  
• Experience working with NetSuite is desirable.
  
• Experience with manufacturing or product companies is a plus.
