SHIFT TIMES: 4:30 am to 1:30 pm Philippine time Monday to Friday
An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Manufacturing Company for an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Project Manager Virtual Assistant.
Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Virtual Assistant.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Analyse data and workflows
- Create reports
- Liaise with the client when required
- Job profit and loss reporting
- Updating job data as changes occur
- Employee costings
- Assist with quoting
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design bachelor s degree ()
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience working for an Australian company or similar
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience in Smartsheet would be an advantage (Excelbased program)
- Financial background and able to read drawings for job costings
- A manufacturing or automotive background would be an advantage but not an essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proactive resultsdriven and efficient
- Highly organised and processoriented
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php60000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
10 days annual leave credits
5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6months probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
