Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing team performance daily, weekly & monthly
- Tracking, observing and monitoring all transactions made by her/his teams on system
- Deliver knowledge, updates and technical support
- Conduct coaching session's and one on one meetings
- Use and upgrade the available tools for tracking and evaluating team member's
- Interacting in day-to-day business activities with other stakeholders internally and externally
- Prepare and share performance reports and presentations
