Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize our sourcing, procurement, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw and manufacturing materials, developing monthly procurement budgets, and ensuring efficient inventory control. This role involves strategic planning, demand and supply management, and coordination with suppliers to achieve optimal cost and delivery outcomes. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a seamless flow of materials to meet production requirements while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of raw materials and manufacturing components, ensuring timely availability to support production plans.
• Prepare and implement a monthly procurement budget, aligning with the organization’s financial objectives.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms and cost efficiencies for Purchase Orders (POs).
• Develop and manage supply chain strategies to maintain a balanced demand and supply flow.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Monitor and control the production plan to meet customer demands and business needs.
• Collaborate with customs agents to ensure the smooth clearance of imported and exported goods.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders to streamline operations.
• Implement ERP systems for better planning, forecasting, and inventory control.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• At least 14-15 years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar senior role.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proven expertise in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

They should have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholders. The candidate should also be highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities, and capable of optimizing processes to ensure smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.
