We are seeking a dedicated and Senior Field Service Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the key driver in effectively managing various implementation and operation services. You will oversee time, scope, and resource planning while adhering to global and local directives. It is not only about maximizing our commercial engagements but also ensuring the company's continuous compliance with Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security, and privacy rules. What You Will Do
• Define scope and workforce, planning and managing performance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage the financial performance of the roll-out phase within budget to support the financial success of the project.
• Drive change management through continuous measurement against KPI's and identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitor adherence to processes, regulations, and tools, taking impactful corrective action when necessary.
• Set up and manage acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to secure timely acceptance and payment as per terms and conditions.
• Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy.
• Business and Customer Oriented and satisfaction.
• Knowledge about Ericsson business and governance model.
• Formulating strategies and concepts.
• Adhering to principles and values.
The Skills You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Managing big organizations within telecom industry.
• Familiar with Ericsson Tools and processes.
• Presentation, negotiation, and argumentation skills.
• Very good leadership and management skills.
• Drive innovation & commercial thinking.
• Decision making & initiating action.
• Ability to adapt to changes.
