hiring documents
• Liaising with all internal departments in preparation of the hiring day and creating the
needed corporate accounts
• Welcome new hires on site and give them site tour
• Providing consultancy to new hires
• Delivery of HR induction session
• Gathering feedback from newly hired employees about their experience
• Processing employment paperwork.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders' technology and logistics components / requirements
• Communicating with new recruits for providing them necessary information before
their onboarding (e.g., contract details, work schedules etc.)
• Introducing new recruits to company’s current employees.
