Job Description
- Own the overall development and delivery from roadmap to project development to execution to experimentation and optimisation, partnering with UX, martech, analytics, and development teams
- Act as a thought leader who articulates the vision and plan for the website experience
- Drive conversion rate optimisation, optimising journeys, taking action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous experience improvements and testings
- Own measurement of key metrics for the website (traffic, MQLs, sign ups, conversions), analysing how visitors are interacting with our digital properties through data synthesis, heat mapping, and other techniques
- Work with stakeholders in the organisation to build our website experience for product launches, content and campaigns
