Job Description
- Lead and manage hydrological projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct hydrological assessments, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation to assess water availability, flood risks, and environmental impacts.
- Develop hydrological models and use forecasting tools to predict water flow patterns, drought conditions, and other hydrological phenomena.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to water resource management, environmental protection, and land use planning.
- Supervise a team of hydrologists, engineers, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and industry partners, to communicate findings, address concerns, and develop sustainable water management strategies.
