Job Description
- Formulate, implement, and review health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure awareness and compliance with safety protocols.
- Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, near misses, and hazards, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive actions.
- Establish emergency response plans and procedures, conduct drills, and ensure readiness to manage emergencies effectively.
- Monitor changes in HSE legislation and ensure organizational compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
