Job Description
- Lead the planning and initiation phases of infrastructure projects, including scope definition, budget estimation, resource allocation, and schedule development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project execution according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, government officials, regulatory agencies, and community groups.
