Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise store staff fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Sales and Revenue: Drive sales growth meet or exceed sales targets and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
- Customer Service: Promote a culture of exceptional customer service addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control including ordering receiving and managing stock levels to ensure product availability
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that store displays and layouts align with the companys brand and merchandising guidelines.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline operational processes implement costcontrol measures and optimize staffing levels.
- Compliance: Ensure that the store adheres to company policies procedures and compliance with local regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage the store budget monitor expenses and report financial. performance to senior management.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute marketing and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention measures and security protocols to safeguard store assets and prevent theft.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management preferably in a leadership role minimum 2 years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail POS systems.
