Job Description
- To be fully aware of the Roads project specifications, drawings, and contractual terms;
- Manage the project's technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan
- Validate the Structural and related civil technical design choices with the Team
- Ensure the Road and bridge design is meeting ASSHTO and other Standards.
- Solve technical issues detected by different project team members
- Leads the technical interfaces with consultants and all technical validation processes with other stakeholders where appropriate
- Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved and controlled for adequacy;
- Review Design - BOQ and ensure that all consultant deliverables provide the best value for money
- Mentor the team to adopt safe and sustainable design processes and identify improvements in the wider business
- Leading the technical aspects of project planning, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
