Develops and institutionalizes Company specific HR related data, know-how and capabilities while leveraging on the ERP business solutions.
Promotes a highly effective management and leadership style in line with the Company’s values and that supports the achievement of its strategy and objectives.
Ensures compliance with Company personnel regulations.
Reviews and ensures accurate and timely completion of the payroll preparation process
Coordinates and follows up with the Government Relations department for the timely execution of Company government formalities requests such as visas, iqamas, exit/re-entry visas, etc.
Manages all personnel administration tasks for Company staff including management of leaves, grievances and end of service.
Leads, directs, evaluates and develops a team of HR professionals to ensure that Company HR requirements are met
