Job Description

Workday Expertise: 3-5 years of experience configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
Workday Certification: Certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence Management is highly desirable.
Global IT Projects: Experience in global IT transformations or Workday implementations is an advantage.
HRIS Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR systems, especially within Workday.
Problem-Solving: ytical ss to translate business needs into effective configurations.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication ss for engaging global stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in system configuration and data management.
