Associate Application Services

1.Monitor and resolve application issues for Cross Functional Applications team like Databroker, Inspec, EIP, EIS, OSB / SOA based deployment failures and/or incident requests.

2.Responds to customer needs, questions, and concerns in an accurate, effective, and timely manner.

3.Creates incidents, tracks problems through to completion, and documents all findings and resolutions to knowledge database.

4.Adheres to escalation procedures and promptly allocates unsolved requests.

5. Perform Application updates / Migration / Patch deployment / User access Management / Archival of old projects etc.

6.Performs off hour maintenance and upgrades.

7.Basic knowledge of Web/Application servers & operating systems, like WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, Linux, Windows, Oracle, and MS-SQL Databases.
