âSupervises associates, coaches, & mentors employees.Investigate customers problems & find solutions.
âAbility to assist in role-playing with teammates to gain confidence and experience, ability to update the database with accurate information in a timely manner
âManaging the team of 50 associates to meet the service level agreements.
âIdentifying areas of improvement and initiating the performance improvement plans for the bottom performer.
âDeveloping and implementation of action plans to achieve the desired performance levels
âEffectively coach direct reports on team performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly.
âIn Operation Run phase Responsible for day-to-day productivity, TAT, and Quality management for reporting teams also Attending Customers calls and Calibrations.
âHandling Operations and delivering KPIâs & SLAâs on a daily basis
Requirements
Good Communication Skills Advance Knowledge of Excel Need Team Handling Experience
