Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Account ociate to join our team and contribute to our companys growth. In this role you will focus on acquiring new clients maintaining relationships and driving sales through a relationshipbased approach.
Jobscope :
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls and cold calling to convert leads into accounts.
- Client Engagement: Manage the full sales cycle from addressing inquiries to guiding clients through the account setup and sales process.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and repeat business.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and company product offerings to effectively meet client needs.
- Sales Process: Adhere to sales processes and maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
- Promotional Knowledge: Keep uptodate with promotional campaigns and product updates to enhance client engagement.
- Professional Development: Participate in training to stay current with market conditions and improve sales techniques.
