الوصف الوظيفي
You will play a vital role in identifying attracting and selecting exceptional individuals who will contribute to our companys success. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers develop innovative recruitment strategies and create an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source screen and evaluate candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Conduct & Schedule initial interviews to assess qualifications skills and cultural alignment.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings that attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in a related field.
01 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
