Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes conduct interviews and onboard new employees.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns foster a positive work environment and ensure policy compliance.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records coordinate payroll and oversee performance reviews.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and support career growth initiatives.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to Egyptian labour laws and update company policies.
General Support: Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with teams as needed.
*Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
3 years of HR experience preferably with remote or international teams.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR software.
Preferred: Experience in travel hospitality or customer service industries.
