Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position NOK Human Capital as an employer of choice.
- Manage content creation for career pages social media and employer review platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and engaging employer brand message.
- Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Utilize LinkedIn job boards Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Participate in industry events career fairs and networking opportunities to attract top professionals.
Who Were Looking For
- 12 years in employer branding talent sourcing at recruitment agencies.
- Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies social media and sourcing tools (LinkedIn ATS etc.).
- Exceptional storytelling and engagement skills to attract top talent.
- Ability to analyze talent trends and optimize sourcing approaches.
- A passion for creating compelling employer brand content and campaigns.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a proactive sourcing mindset.
