الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated governmental regulations.
- Follow up on all employees’ performance management including drafting objectives, mid-year reviews and end year evaluations.
- Plan and execute the full recruitment cycle including job requisition, job posting, CV screening, interviewing, hiring and gathering all required paperwork.
- Develop and update organization structures and job descriptions as required.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual training plan based on training needs' analysis and submit to direct supervisor for approval.
- Resolve employee relations' issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
