Landscape Architecture Manager

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Landscape Architecture Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will lead and inspire our landscape architectural team driving innovation and excellence in design while managing complex projects across the region.

• Oversee and manage the landscape architectural team providing leadership mentorship and professional development opportunities
• Develop and execute innovative landscape design concepts for a diverse range of projects including urban developments parks and largescale commercial spaces
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including architects engineers and environmental specialists to ensure integrated and sustainable design solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously overseeing budgets timelines and resource allocation
• Conduct site analyses and develop detailed landscape plans considering local climate environmental factors and cultural context
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards while promoting sustainable design practices
• Participate in business development activities including client meetings proposal writing and presentations
• Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in landscape architecture
• Foster strong relationships with clients stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the landscape architecture department

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture; Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• Professional landscape architecture designation or eligibility for registration in Saudi Arabia
• Extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern landscape design principles climateappropriate plant selection and sustainable design practices
• Strong project management skills including experience with budgeting scheduling and resource allocation
• Proficiency in landscape design software including AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
• Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Familiarity with local environmental regulations and sustainable design practices in Saudi Arabia
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced multidisciplinary environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
