We are seeking an innovative and resultsdriven Digital & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Makkah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organisation you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and business growth.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Lead the implementation of crucial digital marketing initiatives aligning with global and regional strategic goals
- Manage the organisations presence on various social media platforms to maximise online exposure and engagement
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to create compelling digital campaigns and content that enhance customer experience and brand interaction
- Oversee website content management and optimisation to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Work closely with Revenue and Distribution departments to ensure seamless product and service delivery that maximises customer engagement and conversion
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to inform datadriven decisionmaking
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Develop and manage marketing budgets ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles with a proven track record of successful campaign management
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels tools and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools analytics platforms and content management systems
- Excellent understanding of SEO SEM and social media marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience in brand management and adherence to brand guidelines
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
