We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Event Manager to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Event Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing memorable wedding celebrations for our clients. This role requires a creative and detailoriented professional who can manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Consult with clients to understand their vision preferences and budget for their wedding day
- Develop comprehensive wedding plans including timelines vendor coordination and logistics
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors including venues caterers florists and entertainers
- Create and oversee wedding budgets ensuring all expenses are tracked and managed effectively
- Coordinate and attend site visits menu tastings and other prewedding events
- Design and implement unique wedding concepts incorporating current trends and cultural traditions
- Manage onsite wedding day coordination ensuring smooth of all planned elements
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
- Maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and team members throughout the planning process
- Stay updated on industry trends local venues and cultural wedding customs in Saudi Arabia
- Prepare and present postevent reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in wedding planning or event management
- Professional certification in wedding planning (e.g. Certified Wedding Planner) preferred
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse clients and vendors
- Proven experience in budget management and contract negotiation
- Strong problemsolving abilities and calm demeanor under pressure
- Creativity and vision to design unique and memorable wedding experiences
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Indepth knowledge of wedding traditions and customs particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with local vendors and venues in Jeddah
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
