About the Job
We are looking for a HR Specialistto join Safa Technology. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Specialist, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and revising job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Posting the Job and Screening Incoming Resumes.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit interview and select applicants.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with the job requirement.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to the company.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
- Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Ensure issuing all governmental monthly and periodical payments checks on time in coordination with the finance department.
- Review and manage employees after hiring benefits including social insurance (form 1,2,6), medical insurance, bank account, and other related employee logistics needed.
- Review monthly attendance and leaves reports including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves, and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations yearly settlements.
- Prepare company monthly payroll in calibration with the finance team.
- Ensure all employee's database is up to date, maintaining and updating the Filling system to ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations, and ensure that documentation is easily accessible.
- Handle all termination procedures and following up on the lawsuits if available.
