Detailed Job Description
- Plan direct or coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers.
- Direct or coordinate with the shareholders financial or budget activities to fund operations optimize investments or increase efficiency.
- Confer with board members organization officials or staff members to discuss issues coordinate activities or resolve problems.
- Implement a strong management in term of Health Safety Environmental protection and Industrial Risks
- Direct budgets and present them to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Direct plan or implement policies objectives and activities to ensure continuing operations to maximize returns on investments and to increase productivity.
- Prepare or present reports concerning activities expenses budgets government statutes or rulings or other items affecting the project.
- Plan direct and coordinate the management of the human resources of the company.
- Implement methodologies and procedures for optimizing the design and construction in order to invest in high performance new facilities or upgrade projects.
- Produce high standards investments project files to the Board of Directors for approval.
Qualifications :
- Typically the candidate will hold a Bachelor in relevant Engineering Sciences ( Environmental Science Industrial Chemistry) and an Advanced degree in Business Administration.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role preferably in the waste management or related environmental services industry or in Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment and culture.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex multistakeholder projects.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in managing largescale operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
- Track record of driving innovation and implementing innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language is a plus.
