We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. He will lead the HR department shaping its overall direction and ensuring efficient operations within the organization. They oversee key functions such as employee relations payroll and compliance working to foster a positive work environment.
- Plan and execute HR functions strategically such as compensation and benefits performance management training and development occupational safety employee communications employee experience and employee relations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees in the workplace and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Conduct research analyze organizational trends and execute best practices for hiring talent management and retention
- Oversee and conduct complex HR investigations into employee complaints allegations of misconduct harassment discrimination and other workplace issues.
- Assist in the development implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws regulations and company policies.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and Provide guidance and support to managers on performancerelated issues.
- Manage employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
- Develop and manage the budget for the human resources department
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. SHRM CIPD..) preferred.
- 10 years of experience in human resources with at least 5 years at a managerial level
- Deep knowledge of HR policies labor laws and regulations.
- Strong investigative and analytical skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements 5+ years of backend development experience. Minimum 3 years of experience building backend services in Node.js. Experience with RESTful API design and development, including versioning and documentation. Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, with a focus on query performance optimization. Background in data technologies and frameworks suitable for large-scale processing. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS cloud services and others. Experience building secure APIs, using token-based authentication. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of design patterns and best practices for large-scale applications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and code versioning tools. Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Nice to Have: Prior experience in the automotive industry or working with IoT platforms. Knowledge of additional backend languages (Python, Ruby) and frameworks. Experience with advanced data security practices and compliance standards.
