Property Inspections: Conduct final inspections of properties to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
Documentation Management: Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for property handover including contracts warranties and maintenance manuals.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the handover process addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Coordination: Collaborate with construction maintenance and sales teams to ensure all aspects of the property are completed and ready for handover.
Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve any issues or defects before the handover to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Training and Orientation: Provide clients with necessary information and guidance on property features maintenance and services.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients posthandover to identify areas for improvement in the process.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in real estate business administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate customer service or property management is highly desirable.
