Job Description

  • Property Inspections: Conduct final inspections of properties to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for property handover including contracts warranties and maintenance manuals.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the handover process addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with construction maintenance and sales teams to ensure all aspects of the property are completed and ready for handover.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve any issues or defects before the handover to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Training and Orientation: Provide clients with necessary information and guidance on property features maintenance and services.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients posthandover to identify areas for improvement in the process.


  • Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor s degree in real estate business administration or a related field preferred.
    • Experience: Previous experience in real estate customer service or property management is highly desirable.
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
      • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
      • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.


    High school diploma required; Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly desirable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
