- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the companys strategic plans.
- Translate the CEO s vision into operational plans and ensure that business objectives are achieved.
- Identify growth opportunities operational improvements and industry trends that can be leveraged for business expansion.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments ensuring seamless business performance.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
- Manage the companys supply chain logistics and production processes to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure effective coordination between different departments (e.g. HR IT Finance and Sales) to achieve organizational goals.
Financial Oversight:
- Work with the CFO to develop budgets forecast financials and control costs.
- Ensure the company meets financial targets by monitoring expenses implementing costsaving strategies and optimizing resource allocation.
Team Management:
- Lead mentor and develop senior management teams and departmental heads.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and accountability within the organization.
- Recruit train and retain highperforming employees ensuring the company is staffed to meet operational goals.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
- Leverage technology and digital tools to streamline business processes and improve productivity.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- 10 years of experience in senior management roles with a focus on operations business development or general management.
- Proven experience as a COO or similar leadership role in a large organization.
