Performance Marketing Executive

The Performance Marketing Executive plays a critical role in driving the digital marketing strategies to meet and exceed business objectives. This individual is responsible for overseeing and executing various digital marketing campaigns with a focus on driving customer acquisition engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and improve ROI for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads and other online advertising channels.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and goals with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives landing pages and campaign elements.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize results.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals to drive campaign performance.
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to expand the companys reach and impact.
  • Assist in the development and of email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and planning process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and proficiency with analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret and derive insights from marketing analytics and performance data.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Understanding of web and digital technologies including content management systems.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a passion for staying ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce and online retail marketing is a plus.
