- Actively seek out and find new sales opportunities by making cold calls attending networking events and utilizing social media platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and promote DoMyHome services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales growth
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer data and interactions
- Conduct research and keep uptodate on industry trends and competition and use relevant knowledge to develop sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring timely and customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after the sale is made
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales preferably in a home services or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Selfmotivated and driven to succeed
- Knowledge of the home services industry is a plus
