• Complete of the project starting from scratch to the launch i.e standalone.
• Site Analysis measurement dealing with landlords regarding services available and site status.
• Designing and developing project plans as per the matrix.
• Preparing & maintaining project tracker & ensure timelines of the project are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams during fitouts of the properties to execute design plans.
• Ensure high quality of construction and equipment installation.
• Eye for project detailing & conceptualization
