Interior Designer

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and functional needs
  
• Develop and present design concepts including mood boards floor plans and 3D renderings
  
• Create detailed project proposals including materials furniture and decor selections
  
• Oversee the implementation of design plans including coordination with contractors and vendors
  
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful and timely completion
  
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends innovations and materials
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
  
• Participate in client meetings site visits and presentations as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential interior design
  
• Work location Chennai and Coimbatore
  
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  
• Excellent communication presentation and project management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  
• Knowledge of construction and building codes
  
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating beautiful spaces
