Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and functional needs
- Develop and present design concepts including mood boards floor plans and 3D renderings
- Create detailed project proposals including materials furniture and decor selections
- Oversee the implementation of design plans including coordination with contractors and vendors
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful and timely completion
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends innovations and materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Participate in client meetings site visits and presentations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential interior design
- Work location Chennai and Coimbatore
- Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication presentation and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of construction and building codes
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating beautiful spaces
