Customer Service Representative (Croatian/Serbian) Remote in Romania
Location:Remote in Romania
Salary:7000 RON / 1400 Gross
Signing Bonus: 1000 Gross

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries issues and product information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Croatian and Serbian languages.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
Benefits:

Meal Ticket : 30 RON per working day.
