Gather and document business requirements for lending products and processes
Conduct analysis of existing lending processes and systems
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Creating user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process and ensure alignment with business goals.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
