About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer to create exceptional usercentered experiences that drive business growth. You will partner with the Product Manager combining business understanding with your expertise in UX design. Your ability to simplify complex workflows along with your strong user research skills will be essential to our products success.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver seamless endtoend user experiences with a focus on optimal user flows.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on strategy translating business requirements into userfocused designs.
- Expertly digest complex operational workflows identify user pain points and create intuitive solutions.
- Plan conduct and analyze user research (especially inperson) synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Translate user research insights into datadriven design decisions.
- Develop and maintain wireframes designs and prototypes informed by user research and data.
- Use data analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel) to understand user behavior and optimize designs.
- Proactively engage in all product team activities.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience in supply chain or logistics operations is a plus.
- Proven ability to simplify complex information into userfriendly designs.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting exceptional user flows and experiences.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in user research methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in design tools (e.g. Figma).
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel).
