The Product Team
The Product Team is responsible for the development and enhancement of your payment services. They work closely with technology and marketing to create and improve products that meet customer needs.
Product development drives innovation and competitiveness ensuring your offerings remain attractive and relevant.
As a Tapster you will:
- Contribute to the growth of the business by building market leading products in the payments landscape and beyond
- Work on specific segments of the business assessing potential gaps in our product offering
- Bring together teams from across the business to execute roadmaps for current & future products
- Build a product pipeline of prototypes for test and review
- Have the ability to break down complex requirements into bite size pieces
- Work very closely with senior stakeholders across the globe to work on country specific requirements
- Drive the strategy tactics and delivery timelines for all new product initiatives
- Develop client focussed products that uniquely serve our merchants and their customers
What you will bring to the party:
- 4 years of rolespecific experience in Product with industry leading knowledge of your function
- Expert knowledge of the Fintech industry with an indepth understanding of Payments
- Preferred degree but realworld experience is also accepted
- Ability to establish crossfunctional relationships for business value
- Builds trust with clients/merchants/stakeholders
- Fintechdriven and solutionoriented mindset
- Ability to lead subfunctions and projects without supervision
- Encourages collaboration among team members
- Open to constructive feedback and adaptability in solving complex challenges
- Effective communication skills in guiding and leading discussions in English with a preference for Arabic language ability
