Our client is seeking a construction attorney with at least 5 years of construction litigation experience for its construction practice group in Los Angeles CA.
All candidates must have the following experience:
- At least 5 years of construction litigation experience.
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience including file responsibility motion practice and deposition experience.
- Strong advocacy research writing and negotiation skills.
- Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detailoriented highly organized and must possess a solid work ethic.
- Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus.
The salary range at the time of posting is $165000 $215000 annually based upon a fulltime work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors including but not limited to employee qualifications relevant experience skill sets training internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition the firm offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA short term disability long term disability dental insurance vision care life insurance 401K vacation sick time parking/public transportation allowance and an employee assistance program.
