Responsibilities:
- Evaluating the merits of personal injury cases
- Providing guidance and counsel to clients
- Focusing on finding solutions
- Conducting medical case reviews
- Maintaining professionalism and courtesy with clients and staff
- Exhibiting exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Conducting research and legal analysis
- Negotiating and settling cases in the prelitigation stage
- Litigating cases
