We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with 35 years of overall experience to join our HR department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams. As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles creating a shortlist of qualified individuals and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.
What You ll Do
- Manage endtoend recruitment process for tech roles.
- Source screen and shortlist candidates using various job portals LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent including networking headhunting and leveraging social media.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements
What You ll Need
- B.Sc (Computer Science/IT) /BCA/MCA/ MBA(HRM)/MSW(HRM)
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter with a strong knowledge of endtoend recruitment cycle.
- Expertise doing recruitment on licensed version of LinkedIn Recruiter & Jobs
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and decisionmaking skills
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. phone video etc.)
- Proven experience as a Recruiter with a focus on both tech and roles.
- Preferable experience in recruiting for SaaS and AI startups MNCs or Agency experience are also welcome
- Strong handson experience with job portals (e.g. Naukri Indeed etc.) and LinkedIn especially with LinkedIn Licensed recruiter
- Strong ATS working knowledge (Zoho Recruit preferred)
- Excellent outbound sourcing skills and experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
