This is a remote position.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Understanding of FSM module FSM from different perspectives Agent Technician and SubCon Musthave features of FSM Nicetohave features of FSM Recommendations Implementation phases and his recommendations Options to track financials / consumption. Google Maps integration and how it helps field agents. We need someone who is a senior consultant will be able to handle project solely give inputs for enhancing the project. A lead would be great.Understanding of FSM module FSM from different perspectives Agent, Technician and Sub-Con Must-have features of FSM
